Overview
ePackPro sells food-safety compliance software to restaurants, hotels, bakeries, butchers, caterers, chains and institutional kitchens. A restaurateur created it to replace the paper checklists kitchens keep for hygiene inspections, and the system runs on a tablet fixed to the kitchen wall. Staff log produce deliveries and shelf life, record fridge temperatures and tick off cleaning rotas, while managers of several sites follow the records from one dashboard. Customers pay a recurring subscription, and ePackPro's own teams install the system, train kitchen staff and answer support calls seven days a week. ePackPro was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Gouesnou, near Brest, France.
