Automates employee referral programs for enterprises

Overview

ERIN provides a SaaS platform that automates and manages employee referral programs for enterprise customers, integrating with existing ATS and HRIS to handle workflow from referral submission to bonus payout. The product is accessible via web and mobile apps and uses features like gamification, automated job-posting notifications, detailed referral tracking, and a Smart Referral AI that suggests candidates from an employee’s network. It differentiates itself with deep ATS/HRIS integrations, end-to-end automation, multi-currency support, and engagement tools such as an Employee Recognition Platform for peer-to-peer rewards, aimed at boosting participation and retention. The goal is to streamline talent acquisition, reduce HR overhead, and improve retention and internal mobility across large organizations.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • iCIMS partnership and August 2026 fireside chat reinforce enterprise credibility.
  • SHRM26 booth #3131 and employee-powered hiring messaging widen top-of-funnel demand.
  • Pay-after-results pricing lowers buyer friction; first three referral hires are free.

What critics are saying

  • Free pricing starts a race-to-bottom; competitors like iCIMS can bundle referrals quickly.
  • ERIN remains tiny; Technical.ly reported about 15 employees in 2022, limiting scale.
  • If referral volume disappoints, bonus automation becomes a niche feature, not a company.

What makes ERIN unique

  • ERIN's June 2026 free tier launches referral programs in minutes, not weeks.
  • ERIN integrates with 30-plus ATS and HRIS systems, plus Slack, Teams, SMS, and QR.
  • Referral Studio and dashboards turn historical referral data into operational hiring intelligence.

ERIN launches free AI employee referral platform with instant setup and pay-after-results pricing

ERIN has launched a free AI-powered employee referral platform that enables companies to set up branded referral programmes in minutes. The Pittsburgh-based company charges nothing for the first three referral hires and requires no credit card upfront. The platform uses AI campaigns to identify and automatically engage employees most likely to refer qualified candidates through SMS, email, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Employees can submit referrals via multiple channels including mobile, QR codes and messaging apps. ERIN integrates with over 30 ATS and HRIS systems and handles bonus tracking and workflow automation. After the free tier, paid plans start at $349 per month with pricing based on referral hires rather than upfront contracts. The platform aims to transform employee referrals from a passive programme into an active hiring channel.
