As part of the relaunch, Eastern Communication unveiled the new Titanium Tier for the Link VIP Club, an exclusive community established in 2017, designed to provide personalized customer care tailored to meet the specific needs of businesses.
Dunes Point Capital acquires majority interest in Eastern Communications.
Dunes Point Capital, LP has acquired a majority interest in Eastern Communications, Ltd., a national distributor and service provider for public safety communication devices. The investment, supported by Dunes Point Capital Fund III, LP and co-investors like Partners Capital, positions Eastern for growth. Debt financing was provided by Audax Private Debt, TPG Twin Brook Capital Partners, and Manulife Investment Management. Legal and financial advisors included Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Alvarez & Marsal.
