EducationSuperHighway is a non-profit that works to close the digital divide in the United States. It originally upgraded K-12 school networks to high-speed broadband by coordinating with policymakers, districts, and providers to expand the E-Rate program and connect nearly all public schools. It now tackles broadband affordability under No Home Left Offline, helping households gain affordable internet in communities with infrastructure but high costs. The organization provides data, tools, and partnerships to governments, housing authorities, and community groups to deploy solutions like Free Apartment Wi‑Fi and guide funding use (BEAD and other grants) to reach students and families.
