Overview

Kennedy CHC provides primary health care and related services through a network of medical facilities, dental sites, and school-based clinics in Worcester and nearby communities. It uses a medical home model where a care team delivers comprehensive care—covering primary and urgent care, specialty services, nutrition, dental, optometry, pharmacy, behavioral health, social services, and health education. The center distinguishes itself through broad access, a culturally representative staff, and school-based clinics, with a mission to be the health care provider of choice and a great place to work. Its goal is to improve community health by delivering high-quality, accessible, patient-centered, coordinated preventive care.
