Electriq Power

Residential solar energy storage and management

Overview

Electriq Power provides integrated solar storage for homes and small businesses with the PowerPod, which combines lithium‑ion batteries, a hybrid solar inverter, and smart software. Solar energy charges the batteries, the inverter powers the home, and a mobile app plus software optimizes usage in real time to reduce utility costs. It differentiates itself by offering an all‑in‑one, scalable storage unit paired with continuous energy optimization through software and an easy‑to‑use app. The company targets residential and light commercial customers and earns revenue from selling and installing PowerPod systems as well as ongoing software‑based energy management services.
