DartPoints appoints data center revenue leader Steve Weaver as Chief Revenue Officer. Weaver joins DartPoints to lead revenue strategy as the company expands capacity, strengthens its sales motion, and supports growing AI, neo-cloud, hyperscale, and enterprise demand DALLAS, TX - [July 21, 2026] - DartPoints, a leading regional provider of colocation, cloud, and interconnection solutions, today announced the appointment of Steve Weaver as Chief Revenue Officer. Weaver brings deep revenue leadership experience across the data center, enterprise, and channel markets, with a track record of building sales organizations, strengthening go-to-market discipline, improving customer relationships, and driving growth. Most recently, Weaver served as Chief Revenue Officer at Element Critical, where he led a unified revenue organization across sales, solution architecture, customer success, and marketing. His leadership helped strengthen sales methodology, forecasting, performance management, new logo acquisition, and enterprise growth across key data center markets. "Steve's experience comes at an important time for DartPoints," said Scott Willis, President and Chief Executive Officer of DartPoints. "AI, neo-cloud, hyperscale, and enterprise demand are reshaping what customers need from their infrastructure partners. As we expand our regional data center platform, we are adding capacity for two clear colocation motions: enterprise workloads that need resilient regional infrastructure, and AI/GPU workloads that require higher-density environments. Steve brings the revenue leadership, industry knowledge, and sales discipline needed to connect those opportunities with our cloud and connectivity capabilities and execute with focus." At DartPoints, Weaver will lead the company's revenue organization, with responsibility for sales strategy, enterprise growth, channel development, customer relationships, and disciplined sales execution. His role will be central to aligning DartPoints' go-to-market efforts with its capacity expansion, customer growth, and long- term business strategy. "I'm excited to join DartPoints at such a pivotal stage of growth," said Weaver. "The company has a strong platform, a clear strategy, and a real opportunity to help customers solve larger and more complex infrastructure challenges. My focus will be on strengthening our revenue engine, building disciplined and accountable sales motions, growing our channel and enterprise business, and helping customers and partners move faster from infrastructure need to the right DartPoints solution." Before joining DartPoints, Weaver held senior revenue and sales leadership roles at Element Critical, vXchnge, 365 Data Centers, CompuCom, Global Cloud Xchange, formerly Yipes Enterprise Services, which was acquired by Reliance Communications. Across those roles, he led sales transformation, built high-performing teams, strengthened customer retention, expanded channel relationships, and supported company growth through periods of ownership change and market expansion. This announcement follows DartPoints' recent investment from NOVA Infrastructure and Orion Infrastructure Capital, supporting accelerated expansion and increased capacity across its portfolio. DartPoints continues to invest in regional data center markets where enterprises, cloud-native companies, service providers, AI platforms, and other power-intensive customers need resilient, scalable infrastructure closer to where they operate.
