The investment underscores Element's commitment to growing with its customers by expanding testing capacity, improving turnaround times, and adding advanced equipment to support the qualification and production needs of engine and component manufacturers. The Charlotte expansion includes significant new stress rupture/creep, tensile, machining, and metallurgical testing capacity, along with new miniature testing capabilities. Designed to meet rising demand from aerospace and defense manufacturers, the expansion strengthens Element Charlotte's ability to support critical materials characterization and mechanical testing programs where performance, compliance, and speed are essential. The award reinforces Element's confidence in Savener's technical and organizational solvency to lead complex industrial projects with a global, structured, and results-oriented approach, from conceptual definition to final commissioning. The scope of the contract includes the drafting of the Conceptual Design, Basic Project, and Execution Project, as well as assistance in the construction company bidding process, project management, support during commissioning, and the management of licenses and legalizations. It is, therefore, a comprehensive assignment covering the entire project cycle, ensuring technical consistency, risk control, and traceability at each stage.
