Overview
Emerging Tech is a small, close-knit consultancy that helps organizations navigate disruption and changes in their environment. The firm provides advisory services and project support to help clients adapt to current and future challenges. The product is its consulting service offering, delivered by a flat, non-political team where interns and employees can directly reach leaders, enabling fast decision-making. What sets ET apart is its intentionally small, friendly culture with direct access to leadership, high compensation relative to market, and long-term remote work opportunities, rather than a large corporate hierarchy. The company aims to be a trusted partner for clients facing change, and to be a preferred, stable place to work where employees feel valued as teammates rather than numbers.

What believers are saying
- July 23, 2026 and August 12, 2026 postings show active hiring across functions.
- Florida-only cybersecurity roles at $120,000–$150,000 suggest funded, specialized delivery demand.
- Remote project-management roles indicate broader delivery flexibility for winning dispersed government work.
What critics are saying
- Multiple roles are contingent upon contract award, exposing revenue to procurement timing.
- Openings span federal capture, proposals, and temporary movers, signaling fragile pipeline quality.
- One lost federal client or protested award can crush a sub-100-person firm quickly.
What makes Emerging Tech unique
- Aug. 12, 2026 postings show federal cybersecurity depth, not generic consulting.
- Emerging Tech markets SDVOSB, 8(a), and HUBZone status, helping win set-aside work.
- Leaders are reachable directly, fitting a tiny, execution-heavy government-services shop.
