The ready-made white-label customer loyalty app for restaurants using Epos Now.

The ready-made white-label customer loyalty app for restaurants using Epos Now. In today's competitive restaurant industry, attracting new customers is only half the battle. The real challenge is encouraging diners to return time and time again. Studies consistently show that repeat customers spend more, visit more frequently, and are more likely to recommend your business to friends and family. That's why customer loyalty has become one of the most valuable investments a restaurant can make. If you're already using Epos Now, you're in an excellent position to take advantage of a fully integrated loyalty solution. The Inforox Loyalty Platform is a ready-made, white-label customer loyalty app designed specifically for restaurants and takeaways that want to reward customers, increase repeat visits, and strengthen customer relationships - without the cost or delays of custom software development. Launch your own restaurant app in just 7 days. Many restaurant owners assume that launching a branded mobile app requires months of development and a significant investment. In reality, the Inforox Loyalty Platform is built to get your business online quickly. Rather than starting from scratch, Inforox provides a proven, ready-made platform that is customised with your branding, logo, colours, and rewards programme. Your customers download your restaurant's app from the Apple App Store and Google Play, creating a professional digital experience that reflects your brand. With no custom development required, many restaurants can be ready to launch in as little as 7 days. Designed for restaurants using Epos Now. One of the biggest challenges with loyalty systems is keeping customer rewards accurate and up to date. Manual processes waste staff time and often result in errors. The Inforox Loyalty Platform is designed to integrate with Epos Now, allowing customer purchases to automatically contribute towards rewards. This creates a seamless experience for both your staff and your customers while reducing administration and ensuring loyalty points are always accurate. Integration with Epos Now allows restaurants to automate loyalty rewards and simplify customer engagement. A fully white-label customer experience. Unlike generic loyalty programmes, the Inforox Loyalty Platform allows your restaurant to build its own identity. Your app can be branded with: * Your restaurant name * Your logo * Your brand colours * Your promotional banners * Your reward scheme * Your exclusive offers When customers search for your restaurant in the App Store or Google Play, they see your brand - not someone else's. This helps strengthen customer trust while creating another direct communication channel with your audience. Reward customers automatically. Loyalty schemes work because they encourage customers to return. Whether you offer points, stamps, cashback, exclusive offers or birthday rewards, giving customers a reason to come back increases customer lifetime value. With the Inforox Loyalty Platform, customers can: * Collect loyalty points automatically * Redeem rewards quickly * View available offers * Track reward progress * Access exclusive promotions * Receive personalised incentives Removing paper loyalty cards and replacing them with a mobile app also makes it far less likely that customers will forget or lose their rewards. Increase repeat business. Restaurant marketing doesn't stop after the first order. A branded loyalty app gives you the opportunity to engage customers long after they've left your restaurant. Push notifications allow you to promote: * Limited-time offers * New menu launches * Seasonal promotions * Quiet-day discounts * Exclusive member rewards * Event announcements Instead of relying entirely on social media algorithms or paid advertising, your restaurant gains a direct communication channel with customers who have already chosen your business. Better customer insights. Understanding customer behaviour helps restaurants make better business decisions. The Inforox Loyalty Platform provides valuable insight into customer engagement, allowing restaurants to identify returning customers, monitor reward activity and understand how promotions are performing. These insights help businesses create more targeted campaigns while improving customer retention over time. Save money compared to custom development. Building a bespoke mobile app from scratch can cost thousands of pounds and take several months before launch. The Inforox Loyalty Platform removes these barriers by offering a proven solution that's already been developed. Instead of paying for a lengthy software project, restaurants can benefit from a professionally built platform that's ready to be branded and deployed quickly. This makes it an ideal solution for independent restaurants, cafés, takeaways and growing restaurant groups looking to modernise customer engagement without unnecessary complexity. Why choose the Inforox Loyalty Platform? Restaurants choose Inforox because they want a solution that combines professional mobile technology with practical hospitality experience. Key benefits include: * Ready-made white-label customer loyalty app * Compatible with restaurants using Epos Now * Launch in as little as 7 days * Available on Apple App Store and Google Play * No custom development required * Fully branded with your restaurant identity * Automated loyalty rewards * Customer engagement tools * Push notifications and promotions * Designed to increase repeat business If you're looking for a fast, professional and scalable way to reward customers while building long-term loyalty, the Inforox Loyalty Platform offers everything you need in one solution. Epos Now brings bookings, deposits and payments together to help merchants cut no-shows.

Epos Now brings bookings, deposits and payments together to help merchants cut no-shows. Free native booking platform for Epos Now Payments customers, combining bookings, deposits, automated reminders & payments in one seamless system. NORWICH, UNITED KINGDOM, June 2, 2026 / EINPresswire.com / - Epos Now launches Epos Now Booking, a fully integrated appointment and table booking solution built directly into its point-of-sale platform and available at no additional cost to its global base of more than 100,000 merchants. Designed for salons, restaurants, clinics and service businesses, Epos Now Booking combines online scheduling, deposits, automated reminders and integrated payments in a single system, removing the need for separate booking software, manual reconciliation and third-party integrations. Most merchants can be live and accepting bookings in under five minutes. "Independent businesses lose significant revenue every week to missed appointments, no-shows and last-minute cancellations. The challenge isn't awareness of the problem; it's that the tools to solve it are often expensive, disconnected and difficult to manage. Epos Now Booking brings bookings, deposits, reminders and payments together in one system, helping merchants protect revenue, reduce administrative effort and deliver a better customer experience from booking through to payment." - Richard Nolan, Chief Operating Officer, Epos Now Research from Barclays found the average no-show costs a hospitality business £89 in lost revenue, whilst six in ten cancellations occur within 24 hours, leaving little opportunity to refill appointments or tables and recover lost income. Unlike standalone booking platforms, Epos Now Booking is built directly into the same system merchants already use to manage sales and payments, eliminating duplicate administration and removing setup complexity. WHAT EPOS NOW BOOKING DELIVERS: - Online booking page - a unique, branded URL the merchant can share via their website, Instagram bio, Google Business listing, or in-store QR code. - Customers self-book appointments or reserve tables 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - Table management - restaurants and cafés can configure covers, set turn times and manage party sizes directly from the POS, with a real-time floor view showing which tables are booked, seated, or available. - Deposits at booking - merchants can require a fixed or percentage deposit upfront for both appointments and table reservations, credited automatically against the final bill at the till. - Automated reminders - confirmation and pre-appointment or pre-visit reminders sent without any manual work from the merchant. - Full staff and floor calendar - prevents double-bookings and scheduling gaps across both services and tables, with a live dashboard showing today's bookings, average booking value, and total revenue booked. - Integrated payments at checkout - all deposits taken at booking are automatically reconciled at the till, whether a customer is checking out after a haircut or settling a table bill, with no manual adjustments needed. For a business taking ten bookings per day at an average booking value of £89, preventing just two no-shows per week could recover more than £8,000 in annual revenue, without acquiring a single new customer, increasing prices or extending opening hours. The challenge extends beyond hospitality, with missed appointments and last-minute cancellations impacting salons, clinics and other appointment-led businesses where time represents inventory that cannot be recovered once lost. AVAILABILITY Epos Now Booking is available 3rd June 2026 and is included by default as part of Epos Now Payments, with no additional subscription fees. About Epos Now: Founded in the UK, Epos Now supports over 100,000 merchants worldwide, delivering integrated solutions across payments, point-of-sale, capital, and business management software. Serving a diverse range of businesses from independent retailers and hospitality operators to large enterprises, Epos Now's customer-first approach drives innovation and ensures solutions are tailored to real-world business needs.
