Simon-Kucher appoints Konstantin Schaller and Michael Sabadisch as partners

Simon-Kucher appoints Konstantin Schaller and Michael Sabadisch as partners. Global commercial strategy consultancy Simon-Kucher has appointed two new partners in its German business: Konstantin Schaller and Michael Sabadisch. Konstantin Schaller joins Simon-Kucher from Eraneos, where he held a senior role in its Transformation practice and German business. At Simon-Kucher, he will assume a dual role, holding a leadership position in the global Chemicals, Energy & Utilities practice, as well as in the Insurance practice. Commenting on the developments he sees in the energy space, Schaller said: "Anyone in the energy sector who doesn't think about transformation will go under. In times of smart grids, dynamic tariffs, and attacks on critical infrastructure, it's no longer enough to be mediocre to survive in the long term. What is needed is the ability to act decisively, process optimization through AI, and also better customer communication." Schaller will advise clients on topics including growth strategy, new business models, transformation, and performance improvement. Thomas Haller, Global Head of the Chemicals, Energy & Utilities practice, said: "Competitive pressure, new technologies, rising customer demands: The energy sector's demand for growth strategies is increasing rapidly. We were specifically looking for someone who not only understands the immense pressure the industry is under, but also shines through leadership, innovation, and technical expertise. Konstantin is the kind of partner our clients want." Michael Sabadisch has meanwhile been appointed a partner in the Industrial Goods practice, with a focus on the electronics and automation industries. He has been promoted from within - Sabadisch has been with Simon-Kucher since 2010. He supports companies on topics such as growth, pricing, commercial excellence, go-to-market strategies, and the operational implementation of commercial goals within organizations and systems. "I want to support our clients in achieving profitable growth in an increasingly complex market environment - through clear strategies, excellent implementation, and practical tools," said Sabadisch. "My focus is on sustainable, trusting collaboration that creates measurable added value." A key part of his remit is to further develop and scale the firm's digital solutions. In recent years, Sabadisch has significantly advanced the use of Simon-Kucher's software pricing solutions at global key accounts and portfolio companies of private equity investors. Grigori Bokeria, Managing Partner for Central and Northern Europe at Simon-Kucher, said: "Michael combines exceptional depth of pricing expertise with genuine leadership. With his strategic vision and ability to pragmatically solve complex issues, he will contribute to the company's future growth."
