euNetworks provides fibre-based connectivity across Europe. It owns and operates 18 metropolitan networks and a long-haul backbone spanning 17 countries, connecting directly to over 536 data centers and more than 1,000 buildings. The company serves wholesale, finance, content, media, data center, and enterprise customers with high-bandwidth, secure network solutions. Its products include dark fibre, long-haul, and metro services, delivered over a unified fibre network to enable fast, reliable data transfer. A key differentiator is its ongoing expansion of network infrastructure, including the development of “Super Highways”—high-capacity long-haul routes that link major European cities and data centers, such as the Paris-Lille connection as part of Paris-to-Amsterdam plans. The company aims to provide scalable, low-latency bandwidth to meet rising demand for data-center connectivity and high-bandwidth applications across Europe.

euNetworks has introduced two new environmental performance targets within its €1.26 billion Sustainability-Linked Loan. The European fibre firm will implement Network Development 'Impact by Design' Plans, embedding sustainability into major network projects, alongside continuous improvement in its GRESB infrastructure benchmark score. The company's existing gender diversity target remains unchanged. Major network development projects account for a large proportion of euNetworks' annual capital investment and approximately two-thirds of its current greenhouse gas emissions. euNetworks signed its initial sustainability-linked loan of €760 million in 2021 to support European fibre network expansion. This was refinanced and expanded to €1.26 billion in 2024. The company maintains its commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2040 whilst working with construction partners to evaluate lower-carbon materials during design stages.
euNetworks closes on €2.1 billion equity recapitalisation. Investors in the recap included Stonepeak, IMCO, APG, Mercer & Aware Super.
