Evergreen Nephrology, a leader in value-based kidney care, has raised $130 million to expand its care model for kidney disease patients. The funding, led by Rubicon Founders, Oak HC/FT, and K2 HealthVentures, will support Evergreen's growth into new regions and the implementation of advanced technologies to improve clinical outcomes and streamline care delivery. Evergreen operates in 24 states with a network of over 900 providers.
In addition to Donlan's appointment, Evergreen has welcomed four key executives in past several months: Heather Trafton as President, Philip Cooksey as Chief Financial Officer, Tim Pflederer as Chief Medical Officer, and Ron Margalit as Chief Information Officer.
