Exclaimer launches MSP Connect for managed service providers.

Exclaimer launches MSP Connect for managed service providers. Wed, 19th Aug 2026 (Today) Exclaimer has launched MSP Connect for managed service providers as part of its channel strategy. The offering is aimed at providers that manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments and need a central way to handle email signatures across multiple organisations. It combines consumption-based billing, a self-service management portal, and integrations with ConnectWise, Kaseya, and Microsoft Marketplace. Managed service providers increasingly handle routine administration of cloud productivity systems, but email signatures often remain a manual task managed user by user. This can make it harder to keep branding, legal disclaimers, and contact details consistent across customer estates. Partners account for about 30% of Exclaimer's annual recurring revenue, and the company works with roughly 5,000 partners globally. MSP Connect is intended to build on that base by giving providers a way to provision and manage signature services without a lengthy services project for each new customer. The billing model adjusts as customers add or remove users, reduce their footprint, or leave the service. The portal is designed to let partners provision and manage multiple customer environments from one place, reducing the need for support requests for routine changes. The programme also includes not-for-resale licences for partner use and dedicated account management for onboarding and commercial support. Deployment can take under an hour, depending on the customer environment. Jim Turner, Chief Operating Officer at Exclaimer, said the new programme was shaped by feedback from service providers. "MSPs have been clear about what they need from us: a platform that is easy to provision at scale, a commercial model that flexes with their customers, and commercial support that helps them grow," said Turner. "We also heard clearly where our previous MSP offering fell short. It was not easy enough to use, and the billing model did not reflect how MSPs run their businesses. MSP Connect is the reset. It removes unnecessary steps, gives partners more control through self-service, and aligns billing with what their customers use," said Turner. Partner focus Exclaimer positions the programme as a way for MSPs to add another recurring service to existing Microsoft 365 and managed services contracts. Alongside licence revenue, partners can use the service as part of wider packages and offer related work such as template design, deployment, and ongoing management. That model reflects the economics of managed services, where providers need products that can be rolled out and administered across large numbers of customer tenants without adding significant labour. The service is designed to let providers manage hundreds of environments centrally rather than handling each one as a separate manual process. Louise Taylor, Vice President of Channel at Exclaimer, said operational efficiency was central to the programme's design. "An MSP is a business within a business. It needs to manage hundreds of customer environments without adding operational drag," said Taylor. "If getting one customer live requires a long sales process or a services project, the economics stop working," said Taylor. Customer use For end customers, the system is intended to keep brand assets, staff details, and legal disclaimers consistent in outgoing email. It uses directory data to populate approved signature fields across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, allowing IT teams to retain central control rather than relying on individual users to make updates. The company said marketing teams can use approved campaign banners, engagement analytics, and rules-based signature content, while governance remains with IT. That means MSPs can build packaged services around the underlying signature management product for both technical administration and design work. Exclaimer sells email signature management software for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and says it serves more than 9 million users across more than 80,000 organisations. Its customer list includes large corporates, public sector bodies, and media organisations. MSP Connect is available to partners globally.

Microsoft is retiring Exchange Web Services (EWS): what it means for your Exclaimer email signatures.

Microsoft is retiring Exchange Web Services (EWS): what it means for your Exclaimer email signatures. Microsoft is modernising how cloud applications interact with Exchange Online. As part of an ongoing push toward enhanced security and streamlined cloud architectures via the Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft has officially confirmed the retirement timeline for legacy Exchange Web Services (EWS) in Exchange Online. If your organisation relies on Exclaimer for centralised email signature management, you might be wondering how this infrastructure shift affects your daily email workflows. Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming EWS retirement, how it impacts Exclaimer, and what actions your IT team needs to take. The Microsoft EWS deprecation timeline. Exchange Web Services (EWS) has long served as a SOAP-based protocol for accessing mailbox data. However, as Microsoft expands the capabilities of the modern Microsoft Graph API, legacy protocols are being phased out to provide higher security standards and better cloud resilience. * October 2026: Microsoft will begin disabling EWS across Exchange Online tenants globally. * April 2027: Full and permanent retirement of EWS in Exchange Online. All EWS requests from external and third-party services will be permanently blocked. What this means for Exclaimer: what is (and isn't) changing. The good news is that your primary email signature operations are completely secure and uninterrupted. What is unaffected: core email signatures. Your day-to-day email signature deployment remains fully operational: * Server-Side (Mail Flow): Signatures applied in the cloud via Exchange Online transport rules and Exclaimer mail routing do not depend on EWS. * Client-Side (Outlook Add-in): Signatures rendered directly in Microsoft Outlook as users compose their emails utilise modern Microsoft 365 add-in frameworks and Graph connections, entirely independent of EWS. All inbound and outbound emails will continue to receive their branded signatures, legal disclaimers, and promotional banners without disruption. What is changing: Sent Items Update feature. The only component impacted is the optional Sent Items Update feature: * How it works: When server-side signatures are applied in transit, the original email in the user's "Sent Items" folder initially lacks the signature. The Sent Items Update service connects back to the user's mailbox to update the sent message copy with the final branded version. * The EWS link: This specific background synchronisation historically utilised EWS permissions to modify the sent email item in Exchange Online. The roadmap: upgrading to Microsoft Graph API. Both Microsoft and Exclaimer are proactively preparing for this milestone: * Modern Graph API Replacement: Exclaimer is actively developing an updated Sent Items Update mechanism built directly on Microsoft Graph API. * Staged Transition: The new framework is designed to roll out in tandem with Microsoft's release of required Graph mailbox manipulation endpoints. * Seamless Cutover: The transition will be structured to avoid disruptions to administrative controls or user experience. Is any action required right now? No immediate action is required from your IT or administration team. The transition will take place well ahead of Microsoft's October 2026 disablement phase. As Exclaimer and Microsoft roll out the updated Graph API capabilities, AVTech will provide clear technical guidance, documentation, and migration steps if administrative consent or permission updates in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) are required. Have questions about your configuration? If you are unsure whether your organisation uses the optional Sent Items Update feature, or if you would like to review your current Microsoft 365 and Exclaimer configurations, its team is here to help. Exclaimer launches MSP Connect partner programme. Sarah Weston 19 August, 2026 Exclaimer, a global provider of email signature management, has launched MSP Connect, a new partner programme designed to help managed service providers (MSPs) provision, manage and grow centralised email signature services across multiple customer environments. The launch forms part of Exclaimer's channel-first growth strategy, with partners accounting for approximately 30% of annual recurring revenue and its global channel ecosystem including roughly 5,000 partners. MSP Connect combines a consumption-based commercial model, a redesigned self-service portal, dedicated channel support and not-for-resale licensing. The programme enables MSPs to manage customers centrally and align costs with actual usage. "MSPs have been clear about what they need from us - a platform that is easy to provision at scale, a commercial model that flexes with their customers and commercial support that helps them grow," said Jim Turner, Chief Operating Officer at Exclaimer. "We also heard clearly where our previous MSP offering fell short. It was not easy enough to use, and the billing model did not reflect how MSPs run their businesses. MSP Connect is the reset. Exclaimer named one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Development(TM) 2026.

Exclaimer named one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Development(TM) 2026. 21 May 2026 Exclaimer is proud to announce that Exclaimer Group has been named in the UK's Best Workplaces for Development(TM) 2026. New this year, the UK's Best Workplaces for Development List recognizes companies that make employee development a key part of their culture. These workplaces offer employees the chance to better themselves, to learn new skills, and to progress within the organization. They understand that development is not one-size-fits-all, and they actively support every employee in undertaking their own tailored growth journey. Because of this, their people are fueled by a sense of purpose, feel valued by their employer, and give their best to the organization. Its inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges its commitment to development, innovation, and employee growth. Over the past year, Exclaimer Group has introduced a wide range of programs and benefits designed to give every Exclaimer colleague the chance to grow, including: * Exclaimer Unlocked, its internal learning series that allows colleagues to build new skills across functions and earn recognition for completing structured learning paths. * LinkedIn Learning licences for the whole team, putting on-demand professional development in everyone's hands. * Quarterly reviews and twice-yearly salary reviews, so that growth conversations are frequent, meaningful, and tied to clear outcomes. * Publicly tracked internal promotion targets, giving everyone visibility of how the business is investing in its own people. * Enhanced benefits shaped by employee feedback, including ten additional days of paid holiday and one of the most generous paternity leave policies in its industry. To compile the UK's Best Workplaces for Development List, Great Place To Work(R) reviewed its culture, benefits, and approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from its employees. They then used these data insights to benchmark its employee value proposition against the culture its employees actually experience. Only the businesses that achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces(TM) status. From anonymous employee feedback, Exclaimer Group can see that its team highly commends its dedication to ongoing learning, individual growth, and the culture of knowledge exchange that runs across its global business of 300+ colleagues. "Being named one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Development is an incredible recognition of the people-first culture our team has built," says Antonia Bowler, Learning and Development Director at Exclaimer. "At Exclaimer, we believe great products are only possible when people have the space, support, and confidence to grow. From Exclaimer Unlocked to the way we approach feedback, promotions, and benefits, we want every colleague to feel that their development genuinely matters here. This award belongs to every Exclaimer employee who shows up, learns, and lifts those around them." "Learning and development go beyond enabling people to do their jobs well today-they signal that employees matter and that their future within the organization is taken seriously. When individuals can clearly see how they can grow and progress, they're far more likely to feel motivated, engaged, and committed. Without that visibility, both performance and retention can suffer," said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work(R) UK. "A strong approach to development is inherently forward-looking. It reflects an investment in long-term potential, helps people feel recognized for who they are and what they can become, and reinforces a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Each year, we're proud to recognize organizations that are creating environments where both people and businesses flourish-and meaningful learning opportunities are central to that success. That's why we're so excited to reveal this year's UK's Best Workplaces for Development." "Congratulations to Exclaimer for being part of our 2026 UK's Best Workplaces for Development List." This recognition builds on its existing Great Place To Work Certification(TM) in both the UK and the United States, reflecting a consistent, global commitment to making Exclaimer a place where people thrive. Exclaimer Group is so proud of this achievement and look forward to using the valuable insights Great Place to Work has provided Exclaimer Group with to build on its culture and employee experience. Exclaimer launches UKG Ready integration as HR systems replace IT directories for employee data

Exclaimer, a provider of email signature management solutions, has launched an integration with UKG Ready, expanding its HRIS integration capabilities as organisations increasingly shift employee data ownership from IT-managed directories to HR systems. Research from HR.com found that 81% of organisations experiencing poor HR system integration say it actively prevents them from achieving key HR goals. As platforms like Workday and UKG Ready become authoritative sources for employee identity data, most communication tools continue relying on legacy Active Directory or Google Directory structures that HR teams do not control. Exclaimer's UKG Ready integration allows organisations to automatically synchronise HR-managed employee data into email signatures and meeting themes through BindBee, its third-party data aggregation partner, eliminating manual updates across multiple systems.
