He most recently served as president and CEO of Utility, Inc., a digital evidence management company supporting law enforcement agencies. Founded in 2015, Extra Duty Solutions serves more than 350 law enforcement agencies across 30 states, handling scheduling, invoicing, collections and officer payment at no cost to agencies. The company absorbs all administrative burden and assumes 100% of collection risk, funding operations through fees paid by third-party vendors. Milliman will continue providing strategic oversight as chairman whilst Nark leads daily operations.
