FLOW

AI-powered ethical debt collection platform

Overview

Flow (flow-tech.ai) provides debt-collection and outsourcing services for unsecured consumer finance in Asia. It uses its Flow Platform, an in-house software that automates the delinquency cycle with AI and data analytics. The system personalizes consumer engagement, handles high volumes with digital automation, and follows an Ethical Debt Collection approach enabled by voice-to-text quality checks, emotion detection, and skill-based call routing. The company works with banks and technology firms to improve recovery rates while promoting financial inclusion, aiming to transform the credit ecosystem by partnering with ethical lenders. Since 2016, Flow has helped over 2.8 million customers and reported strong recovery outcomes; it doubled revenue in 2021 and is preparing for a Series B round.
