Fueling fan engagement on race day with a new digital experience. FanThreeSixty is a proud partner of Charlotte Motor Speedway, helping them engage fans through its Fan Data Platform, Email, Mobile App, Sales CRM, and Texting products. Recently, FanThreeSixty introduced an exciting new partnership with Komo, providing its clients with their full suite of premium gamification & engagement tools alongside its data-driven engine. By working together, Fan Three Sixty, LLC form a powerhouse partnership: Komo crafts the content, and Fan Three Sixty, LLC drive the delivery to fans. All three teams worked together to execute a brand-new digital experience for Charlotte Motor Speedway attendees at their recent race. They saw incredible fan engagement from their efforts. Charlotte Motor Speedway wanted to create an elevated mobile app experience for the NASCAR Coca-Cola 600. The four pillars the Charlotte team wanted to focus on were: 1. Fan Attraction: Eye-catching graphics and fun, easy games designed to draw immediate interest with great prizes. 2. Sponsor Impact: Driving traffic to sponsor websites, zero party data capture, and ability to use collected data for future retargeting. 3. Growth & Acquisition: Increasing mobile downloads and growing the mass texting audience. 4. Data Strategy: Sourcing high-quality leads for future races through strategic polling. To achieve these goals, Charlotte integrated Komo's premium gamification tools into their custom FanThreeSixty mobile app. Fans who already had the app were alerted to play the games through mobile communications. Additionally, graphics promoting the games were featured on the digital boards at the track. The featured games were scratch & win and memory card. Across the activation time period, just 5 days, Charlotte Motor Speedway saw impressive results: | 1,795 new mobile app downloads | 508 new fans opted-in to receiving texts from Charlotte Motor Speedway | Over 300 fans indicating their likelihood to return to Charlotte Motor Speedway in 2027 Additionally, the 'Scratch and Win' game, backed by a Charlotte Motor Speedway sponsor over the race weekend, generated increased engagement and an increase in sales for the sponsor. Ready to see the same results by offering your fans premium gamification? Let's talk about your goals
Driving fan engagement with Your Fanatics data. Fan Three Sixty, LLC is expanding its integrations catalogue through a powerful new data integration with Fanatics! By integrating Fanatics' retail data into its Fan Data Platform, Fan Three Sixty, LLC is giving you an even more holistic view of your fans. You no longer have to guess what your audience wants, you'll know exactly what types of merchandise they're buying and unlock deep household insights to see who they are buying for. With these insights at your fingertips, you can seamlessly segment your audience, launch precise marketing campaigns, and target fans with hyper-personalized offers that drive both merchandise and ticket sales. Fan Three Sixty, LLC has highlighted a handful of the many ways you can use your Fanatics data to drive deeper fan engagement: 1. NIL opportunities by segmenting people who buy individual player jerseys Your Fanatics data can help you find the players your fans love. Use this data to help create personalized offers and engagement opportunities with each fan. Consider sending them a discount code valid for any merch featuring their favorite player or offer exclusive player content in your mobile app. 2. Specific buying habits Does your fan's account suddenly have an uptick around November or maybe a random week in June? Knowing these specific buying habits can help you prepare ahead of when your fan spends the most. Ask your fans to share their birthday in exchange for a discount and send special offers around holidays like Christmas, Valentines Day, and Graduation. 3. Offer merchandise promotions to ticket buyers Using its Fan Data Platform, you're able to see data from many different sources. Segment your ticket buyers ahead of gameday and send them a merchandise offer to use at the game. Once they utilize the offer, you'll be able to see what types of merchandise they bought and can utilize that data for future targeting. Whether you're looking to increase sales or deepen fan engagement, this integration will do it all. Fanatics & FanThreeSixty have already proven success with its partner, Kansas Athletics, more than doubling enrollment in their Junior Jayhawks program. FanThreeSixty was able to identify over 26k fans who had purchased youth Fanatics apparel, turning those buyers into the perfect audience for Junior Jayhawk promotion.
