This week, we cover products such as: CallMiner's expansion of its agentic AI framework and Fathom's new meeting features. In deals: Qualtrics announces its intent to acquire Press Ganey Forsta; NUSO and Zoom expand their partnership to telephony and compliance. CallMiner advances agentic AI framework. CallMiner announced advancements to its agentic AI framework for interconnected analytics and automation workflows in customer experience. These include improved: * Automated AI analytics to identify reasons, outcomes and behaviors based on company data * Automatic virtual AI agent creation in voice or chat and visibility into virtual agent performance * Interconnection between agentic AI and intelligence capabilities * Automatic triggers for customer engagement initiatives through CallMiner Outreach * AI-powered, real-time translations between agents and customers through LiveTranslate Fathom updates meeting assistant. The AI-powered meeting assistant software provider announced several new features. Now, Fathom includes a direct workflow integration with Asana, a project management platform, so that Fathom users can turn Fathom's meeting insights and action items into trackable tasks in Asana. With the new AI Scorecards feature, Fathom can grade calls against configurable scorecards, which generate time-stamped notes so that leaders can jump right to coachable moments.Lastly, Fathom introduced a public API so that users can integrate Fathom's meeting data into their workflows and application of their choice. Qualtrics to acquire Press Ganey Forsta. Qualtrics announced it has agreed to invest $6.75 billion to acquire Press Ganey Forsta, an experience measurement and data analytics provider. The acquisition would combine Quatrics' experience management technology with Press Ganey Forsta's data, benchmarking and healthcare expertise. Qualtrics plans on creating an AI platform specialized for customer experience, patient experience, employee experience and market research. NUSO and Zoom expand communication and collaboration partnership. Cloud communications provider NUSO and Zoom have expanded their partnership. NUSO's current support for Zoom Cloud Peering will be extended to Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center. This expansion will combine collaboration, telephony and compliance services for compliance and customer engagement, as well as strengthen compliance with NUSO Connect Recorder. It will also use NUSOflex for resilience in business continuity and NUSO's international network for consistent delivery of services.
