Fetch expands student housing services to 7 new US college markets

Fetch, a multifamily industry services provider, has expanded its package management and valet trash operations into seven new US college markets: Ann Arbor, Athens, Baton Rouge, College Station, Gainesville, Knoxville, and Madison. The Austin-based company now serves nearly 400,000 apartment homes across more than 1,250 communities in 32 markets nationwide. Student housing communities receive 30% to 50% more packages than conventional apartments, according to Fetch. The company's centralised model handles packages offsite, addressing operational challenges for property teams. A typical 750-bed community loses over 100 hours monthly to package management alone. Fetch has delivered nearly 50 million packages to date. The expansion strengthens its position as a nationwide centralised services platform for student housing and multifamily communities.

Fetch rebrands as multifamily's first centralized community services platform

Fetch, a multifamily services provider, has announced a comprehensive rebrand repositioning itself as the industry's first centralised community services platform. The company now consolidates package management, valet trash, storage and market delivery under one ecosystem for apartment communities. The rebrand reflects Fetch's evolution beyond package management into what it calls "Centralised Community Services". The platform serves nearly 400,000 apartment homes across 1,250+ communities in 25 US markets and has delivered nearly 50 million packages to date. The announcement comes as PropTech investment surged to $16.7 billion in 2025, a 67.9% year-over-year increase. Fetch's unified approach addresses operators' needs to reduce vendor complexity whilst meeting resident expectations for consumer-grade delivery services. The platform requires no onsite construction or additional staffing.

Fetch Market expands to Houston this October, delivering groceries and daily essentials to residents at low prices in four hours or less

Fetch Market expands to Houston this october, delivering groceries and daily essentials to residents at low prices in four hours or less. Same-day grocery and daily essentials delivery is changing how people shop. And now, it's built for multifamily. Fetch today announced the launch of Fetch Market in Houston, a grocery and daily essentials delivery amenity designed exclusively for apartment communities. Fully integrated into the Fetch Resident app, Fetch Market brings snacks, convenience items and household essentials directly to residents' doors in four hours or less - with no tips, no fees and no operational burden for onsite teams. As resident expectations continue to shift toward delivery-based convenience, property teams are being asked to deliver more - often without additional staff or infrastructure. Grocery delivery may be popular with residents, but it's difficult to operationalize inside multifamily communities. Gig apps can't reliably reach secured buildings and their markups - from service fees to tips - add up fast. Onsite marketplaces require costly buildouts and ongoing management. Fetch Market offers a new solution: a resident-first experience that fits into the multifamily environment, without disrupting operations or requiring investment from communities. "Houston is one of the most competitive and dynamic rental markets in the country, and renters expect more than outdated delivery models," said Michael Patton, CEO of Fetch. "With Fetch Market, we're turning a common daily frustration into a premium resident experience - one that strengthens satisfaction and loyalty, while giving operators a valuable new tool to attract and retain residents." Fetch Market is powered by the same logistics infrastructure that has supported more than 46 million package deliveries across 25 U.S. markets. With local warehouses in every city it serves, Fetch stocks hundreds of grocery and household items based on actual resident demand. Proprietary technology orchestrates inventory, routing and delivery updates within the Fetch app, while a proven logistics network helps ensure items arrive on time - at the resident's door, not the lobby or curb. "Resident-centric service amenities will increasingly drive decisions on where people choose to live. In broadening Fetch's services stack, we started by asking ourselves how we could create the most value for the most residents every day, and Fetch Market was born from that mission. Saving a trip to the store every week is a small favor that adds up fast," said Austin Wagner, VP of Product at Fetch. "We've taken our existing fulfillment and technology infrastructure and leveraged it to provide same-day grocery and daily essentials delivery in a way that no one else can." Fetch Market is now available to communities in Houston, following successful adoption in the company's hometown of Austin, Texas. Early resident feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. "It's easy, it's convenient. It comes to my door. I don't worry about tipping anybody, tracking them on some app or worrying if they can't get in the building. All of that has been removed from my life. And I'm very thankful for that." - Brittany S., Fetch Resident "Fetch Market is like having a little convenience store baked into my building." - Kevin C., Fetch Resident As part of Fetch's growing suite of services - including package delivery, storage and valet trash - Fetch Market extends the company's mission to remove daily friction from apartment living. With all services managed in one platform, communities gain a consistent resident experience and a single partner to support operations across portfolios. Learn more about Fetch Market in Houston.
