Cepal, a major financial services servicer in Southeast Europe, has signed an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in fintech company Finclude, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. This investment aligns with Cepal's strategy to enhance its technology and data-driven services for institutional clients. Finclude will continue operating independently within Cepal, contributing to its Data & Analytics ecosystem. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals.
