The new offering was built to deliver flexible capital solutions including lessor financing, debt discounting and paying agent services designed to support independent lessors and their commercial borrowers. The solution will provide flexible capital solutions tailored to the needs of independent leasing companies and their borrowers. The launch follows the previously announced acquisition of BankFinancial and represents a strategic expansion of equipment finance capabilities within First Financial Bank. Integration of the BankFinancial Systems is expected to be completed on June 6. First Financial Equipment Finance will focus specifically on supporting independent leasing companies with tailored financing solutions that enable them to grow their portfolios and better serve their customers. Core offerings include: debt discounting, offering efficient, scalable access to institutional capital; paying agent services to streamline payments and reporting; bridge loans, warehouse lines and working capital facilities; funding for commercial transactions; flexible capital solutions for public and private businesses; and financing for essential-use collateral, including hard assets and associated soft costs. First Financial Bankshares reported record 2025 net income of $253.6 million, driven by higher net interest income, whilst total assets rose to $15.45 billion and deposits increased 11.2% to $13.4 billion. Rodney Nabors has been elected Regional CEO, Bart Griffith promoted to Conroe Market President, and Brian Bonner promoted to Executive Vice President, Senior Lender for Construction and Development. Nabors brings over 37 years of commercial banking experience, most recently serving as President of Houston-based Agility Bank. Griffith, who joined First Bank of Conroe in 2012, has over 35 years of banking experience and will oversee the Montgomery and Walker County markets. Bonner, with more than 20 years in real estate lending, will support the region's construction and development lending.
