In her new role, Johnson will participate in a structured training program designed to develop her expertise in mortgage lending, with a clear path toward becoming a Loan Officer. Johnson has been part of the First Service Bank team for four years and most recently served as a Treasury Management Operations Specialist. In that role, she worked closely with business customers to identify and implement treasury management solutions and provide hands-on training to help businesses successfully utilize banking tools and services. Prior to her treasury management role, Johnson also served as a Universal Banker, gaining valuable experience serving customers and building relationships across multiple areas of the bank. A Russellville native who now resides in Greenbrier, Johnson attended the University of Central Arkansas. She brings five years of banking experience to her new role. Hudson, who has been with the bank for over three years, previously served as Executive Administrative Assistant.
