Founded in 2025, Fleetline developed an AI load planner that integrates with existing transport management systems to provide continuous driver and load recommendations. The acquisition accelerates planned capabilities in LoadAi, Optym's load planning and driver assignment platform for truckload carriers, including forecasted loads and live optimisation. Existing Fleetline customers will retain their current service with no interruption, as agreements carry over to Optym. "Fleetline built a strong product, and their approach to integration gets a carrier to value quickly," said Shaman Ahuja, deputy CEO of Optym. The platform will continue operating under Optym's management.
