Flexera will buy the Spot by NetApp FinOps business from NetApp, according to a statement on Wednesday that confirmed an earlier Bloomberg News report.

To address this, Flexera has introduced an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure adapter to bring visibility to BYOL for Oracle Autonomous Database instances running on Oracle Database@Azure.
