Flip, an AI-powered employee experience platform for frontline workers, has launched Frontline Identity and Flip Fusion, two products designed to connect frontline employees to enterprise systems and AI-powered workflows. The company announced the offerings at its Forward 2026 customer conference. Frontline Identity provides secure digital credentials for frontline workers, replacing shared credentials with employee-level authentication across enterprise systems. Flip Fusion enables teams to build frontline applications using natural language prompts without coding. The company also introduced AI Flow Builder for workflow automation and AI Agent Gateway, which connects employees to enterprise systems including SAP, Salesforce and Workday. Flip serves customers including Bosch, Porsche and KFC across Europe and North America.
