This approach delivers scalable, capital-efficient liquidity for issuers, banks, ETFs, VCs, and foundations, with adoption by Grayscale and Societe Generale Forge. The company aims to expand globally and grow crypto credit and derivatives offerings, while expanding regulatory coverage to serve thousands of issuers and institutions.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Flowdesk launched an institutional Credit Desk in February 2026, deepening OTC monetization.
  • August 2026 VARA full license unlocks Dubai broker-dealer services for institutions.
  • 2025–2026 financing, including BlackRock-backed debt and Two Prime credit, funds expansion.

What critics are saying

  • Crypto market-making margins compress fast; Binance, Wintermute, and GSR squeeze Flowdesk pricing.
  • Bitcoin-secured borrowing and BlackRock debt expose Flowdesk to collateral shocks during sharp selloffs.
  • A single trading, custody, or compliance failure could trigger license loss in France or Dubai.

What makes Flowdesk unique

  • Flowdesk’s June and August 2026 MiCA and VARA licenses separate it from unlicensed rivals.
  • Its integrated spot, derivatives, and credit desks share one trading stack across venues.
  • Societe Generale FORGE and Grayscale ties validate Flowdesk’s institutional market-making model.
