Flusso designs CMOS MEMS flow and environmental sensors in a fabless model for high-volume markets, selling sensors and evaluation kits. Its flagship FLS112 mass flow sensor (3.5 x 3.5 mm) and FLS122 air velocity sensor, plus plug-in modules FSE-112 and FSE-122, measure mass flow, volumetric flow, differential pressure, and temperature, with accurate performance at low flow. Manufacturing is outsourced to scalable microelectronics processes, enabling production in the tens of millions of units per month for customers in consumer appliances, medical, industrial, and automotive sectors. The company aims to make energy-efficient flow sensing affordable in compact, cost-sensitive products and to grow its global high-volume manufacturing footprint while retaining its Cambridge heritage and leadership.
