Cenplacel-L is an allogeneic cellular therapy developed by Celularity with demonstrated immunomodulatory and regenerative potential in clinical studies. The company maintains inventory at its FDA-registered, GMP-compliant manufacturing facility and is prepared to support investigational use under Florida law. Florida's legislation, effective July 2025, authorises licensed physicians to perform certain unapproved cell therapies within their scope of practice, subject to strict sourcing, manufacturing, accreditation and patient consent requirements. The therapy has not received FDA approval.
