Foxen

Real estate finance tech integrated platform

Overview

Foxen builds fintech-enabled tools for the real estate sector and works by integrating its products with existing property management software to deliver real-time data and automated processes. Its offerings include renters’ insurance management (enrollment, compliance, billing, claims) and a product called Rentistry that automatically enrolls residents and reports rental payment history to major credit bureaus. The integration approach means property managers, owners, and residents experience more program participation with no extra work at the property level. Foxen earns revenue from its solutions—provided at no cost to property owners—that create new income streams and increase property asset value. The company aims to improve financial wellness for residents and modernize old workflows in property management.

How Foxen PetClear powers pet-friendly apartment communities that maximize revenue.

How Foxen PetClear powers pet-friendly apartment communities that maximize revenue. Foxen Staff July 16, 2026 Pet Management AI in Multifamily Risk Management While demand for pet-friendly communities continues to rise, managing pet policies at scale has become increasingly complicated for operators. Between documentation, compliance, ESA verification, renewals, and resident communication, what should be a revenue opportunity often becomes an operational burden. That's why Foxen launched PetClear, and Foxen Holdings Inc. has continued to deliver enhancements to make the experience even better for operators and residents. Most recently, Foxen Holdings Inc. launched AI-enabled ESA review and pet damage protection for properties. Designed to simplify pet policy management for operators while creating a more seamless experience for residents, PetClear centralizes everything from pet profiles and documentation to compliance workflows and verification to support pet-friendly portfolios at scale. Behind the Evolution of PetClear. Foxen Holdings Inc. sat down with three of the faces behind the platform to share what operators are asking for, what's driving the platform and where PetClear is heading next! Read on for its candid conversation with Ty Specht, VP of Relationship Management; Natalie Rush, PetClear Solutions Representative; and Eugene Keplinger, Senior Director of Product. Operator feedback is one of the biggest drivers of PetClear innovation. "Before customers implement PetClear, we ask them: how many animals live at your properties? How many are household pets? How many are Emotional Support Animals? And they're often lacking access to that data," said VP of Relationship Management Ty Specht. "PetClear gives them that visibility, and on top of that, it creates a consistent process across every property." As operators search for greater visibility into pet compliance, more flexibility around pet verification fees, and ways to reduce friction for both site teams and residents, PetClear's roadmap continues to evolve alongside those needs. Most recently, that has included new protection for pet-caused property damage. Portfolios with PetClear now have the option to add Pet Damage coverage to their property damage liability waiver program. Removing friction from leasing workflows. Whether it's vaccine records, updated ESA documentation, or an unreported animal discovered mid-lease, leasing teams historically had to manage the process manually by jumping between their property management software (PMS) and email. PetClear's rollout of human-backed, AI-enabled ESA reviews further expands how automation supports leasing teams and residents throughout the pet and animal documentation process. This update addresses a challenge leasing teams know all too well: chasing down missing pet documentation. Now, teams can request documentation directly within the PetClear platform with a single click. PetClear Solutions Representative Natalie Rush says the feature acts as "a buffer" for onsite teams by eliminating the need for constant back-and-forth communication with residents. Once documentation is uploaded, it's automatically stored within PetClear and fed directly into the operator's property management software. This feature helps properties maintain momentum during the leasing process and keeps documentation centralized in one system, rather than leaving pet documents lost in email inboxes or piles of paper. PetClear expands resident value Through Healthy Paws partnership. Since Foxen Holdings Inc. launched PetClear, it's been essential that Foxen Holdings Inc. continue to add value for residents - in addition to property teams. "When we launched PetClear, it was to solve a problem for property management teams," said Sr. Director of Product, Eugene Keplinger. "But we quickly realized that residents were getting value out of it too - and we want to keep adding value for residents, because they're the ones using this tool the most. If we can make that experience more seamless, we can give them even more reasons to use it." Through Foxen's new partnership with Healthy Paws, eligible residents can now purchase pet health insurance directly within the PetClear application process, in the resident portal or lease renewal process. This makes the option to further protect their animals easy for pet owners navigating their move-in. The partnership includes: * A 5% discount on new Healthy Paws pet insurance policies for eligible residents * Flexible policy options designed to meet a variety of resident needs * A seamless experience that simplifies securing pet health insurance The addition reflects a broader shift happening across multifamily housing. As Rush puts it, renters today are no longer asking if a property is pet-friendly - they're evaluating how well communities accommodate their pets. "The theme I hear everywhere from the operator's perspective is: how do I improve my residents' experience? That's what drives higher retention. It has to be a win-win." By embedding additional pet-focused resources directly into the experience, PetClear helps operators create communities that feel more thoughtful and resident-centric without adding operational complexity to onsite teams. PetClear is just getting started. All PetClear updates share the same goal: helping operators manage pet-friendly communities while removing pet-related operational burdens and delivering an easy resident experience. Pet-friendly living is both a retention strategy and a revenue opportunity for multifamily operators, but success depends on having the right infrastructure in place to support it consistently across a portfolio. "We continue to focus on making sure the process is as smooth as possible end-to-end," said Specht. "From the notifications residents receive, to giving on-site teams full visibility into where each resident is in the process, all of that information living in one centralized location so teams can make quick decisions and take action, that's what we're building."

Foxen and NetVendor announce strategic partnership.

Foxen and NetVendor announce strategic partnership. Foxen Staff June 11, 2026 Industry Trends & Analysis Renters Insurance Compliance Risk Management Compliance leaders deliver complete vendor and resident risk solutions with exclusive benefits for multifamily operators COLUMBUS, Ohio - June 11, 2026 - Foxen, a leader in multifamily solutions that reduce risk and build financial wellness for owners, operators and their renters, today announced a strategic partnership with NetVendor, the leader in compliance-led vendor management for multifamily portfolios. Together, the two platforms give operators complete insurance compliance across property-related resident liability and vendor credentialing, two areas where gaps most often translate into direct financial exposure. Quick facts. * Foxen guarantees 100% renters insurance compliance across every lease, with real-time monitoring and automatic enrollment for non-compliant residents * NetVendor verifies COIs, W-9s and licenses for every vendor before they access a property, backed by automated expiration monitoring * Both platforms integrate natively with Entrata, Yardi, RealPage and other property management software with no added operational complexity * Operators who deploy both solutions will be invited to join an exclusive compliance networking council that includes VIP events, expert risk management insights, executive access and other benefits. Why multifamily operators need both. Multifamily operators manage risk on two distinct fronts: every vendor without current credentials is a liability waiting to materialize, and every resident without adequate renters insurance is a financial exposure. Until now, operators have had to settle for a shallow combined solution or completely separate workflows - creating persistent compliance gaps that cut into NOI and burden staff. "Resident compliance and vendor compliance are two sides of the same risk equation, and until now, operators have had to manage them separately or settle for a less robust combined solution," said Kevin Jacobson, CEO of Foxen. "Foxen and NetVendor have each built the leading platforms in our respective categories. This partnership means our customers can get the support they need from experts in both areas and completely close related compliance gaps." What are the benefits of the partnership? Foxen's AI-driven platform monitors renters insurance status in real time and auto-enrolls non-compliant residents into a property damage liability waiver program. NetVendor's platform verifies vendor credentials before anyone sets foot on a property, with licensed insurance experts and automated monitoring across the industry's largest vendor network. "The answer isn't always fewer tools - it's better ones," said Dave Cooper, CEO of NetVendor. "Bringing these two platforms together gives operators something the market hasn't offered before: complete risk coverage without compromise." Together, the platforms eliminate the two most common and costly compliance failures: the lapsed resident policy that surfaces as a property damage claim, and the uninsured vendor who arrives on site without a current COI. Exclusive networking council membership for mutual customers. Operators who deploy both solutions will be invited to join an exclusive council that includes networking opportunities, virtual and live events with industry experts, access to executives at both companies and more. "Foxen and NetVendor are two solutions that have saved our teams significant time while strengthening compliance across the portfolio," said Joe McDiffitt, Managing Director of Property Management at Coastal Ridge Real Estate. "This partnership brings together best-in-class resident and vendor compliance tools that integrate with the systems we already use every day. Having both sides of the compliance equation covered helps close operational and risk gaps that have historically been difficult to eliminate." Operators interested in learning more about the partnership should join a virtual event hosted by Foxen and NetVendor on Tuesday, August 4, at 11:30 AM EST for more details. Frequently asked questions. What compliance risks does this partnership address? - Renters insurance compliance (resident side) and vendor credentialing (vendor side) are the two most consequential compliance risks in multifamily operations. This partnership consolidates both into a single go-to-market relationship with real benefits for operators who deploy both platforms. Does deploying both platforms require new software integrations? - No. Both platforms work natively and in real time with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata and other common property management systems with no added operational complexity. Why does this partnership matter now? - Compliance failures on either the resident or vendor side create direct financial exposure. Until now, solving both required two separate vendor relationships. This partnership delivers best-in-class compliance on both fronts with a unified strategy and benefits for mutual customers. About Foxen Foxen is a leading proptech innovator delivering value-add solutions and services that increase revenue and reduce risk for multifamily owners and operators.
