Overview
Fugees Family supports refugee and immigrant youth through educational programs in Georgia and Bowling Green, drawing on 15+ years of experience. Its refugee-centered model rests on five elements: holistic English-language support, trauma-informed learning, celebration of students’ identities, integration of athletics (soccer, yoga, martial arts) as a learning tool, and emphasis on music and arts education.
