FYLD, an AI-powered frontline intelligence platform for infrastructure, has partnered with Amey to deploy its technology across the company's Highways division, supporting over 2,500 field workers. The long-term agreement will integrate FYLD's digital workflows and AI-enabled risk assessment tools into daily operations to improve safety, reduce job aborts and enhance operational consistency. A three-month pilot programme logged over 500 jobs, with 95% featuring AI-enabled risk assessments and 85% user activity rates. The pilot demonstrated improvements in job preparation, reduced aborts and more efficient workflows. During the trial, Amey and FYLD co-developed customised capabilities including video-based workflows, offline AI risk assessments and GenAI-powered handover summaries. The partnership addresses growing pressure from population growth, climate disruption and tightening budgets in the highways sector.
FYLD raises $41 million series B to accelerate the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects with AI...
FYLD raises $41M in Series B funding. February 17, 2026 FYLD, a London, UK-based provider of an AI-powered frontline intelligence platform for the global infrastructure sector, raised $41m in Series B funding. The round was led by Energy Impact Partners with participation from Partech through its Growth Impact Fund. The company intends to use the funds to continue to scale its platform delivering operational certainty for distributed, high-risk fieldwork in energy, construction, water and more. Led by Shelley Copsey, CEO and co-founder, FYLD is an AI-powered frontline intelligence platform for the global infrastructure sector. The system embeds AI-powered, real-time operational risk detection and live visibility into the flow of work - reducing rework, delays, compliance exposure, and cost while enabling scale. FYLD turns frontline work into a real-time source of operational intelligence. Field teams capture short videos instead of completing static forms, and its AI analyzes conditions to identify safety, quality, and delivery risks before they escalate. Managers get live visibility across jobs without adding site visits or headcount, and every action is automatically documented for compliance and audit purposes. In 2025, FYLD expanded its US presence, adding customers including Kiewit Corporation, Quanta Services, Emery Sapp & Sons, and Sulzer, alongside longstanding partners such as Ferrovial. 17/02/2026
