Overview
Garage Door Doctor is a residential garage door company handling repair, replacement, installation, maintenance, and 24-hour emergency calls. Technicians diagnose failed springs, cables, tracks, panels, and openers, walk the homeowner through repair versus replacement, and work out of stocked trucks so most calls finish on the first visit. The company installs Genie, Chamberlain, LiftMaster, and Sears Craftsman openers, and earns revenue from service calls, repairs, maintenance plans, financing, and new installations. Unlike operations that dispatch subcontractors, it says its technicians are employees and family members, which it credits for consistent work. Its goal is to keep homes secure by getting a qualified technician on site the same day.
