GenNx360 Sells GenServe to Aurora Capital

GenNx360 Capital Partners announced the sale of its portfolio company, GenServe, to Aurora Capital Partners. GenServe, a provider of back-up power solutions, saw significant growth under GenNx360's ownership since April 2018, including 12 add-on acquisitions and expansion to 16 locations across seven states. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. GenServe's CEO, Fred Smagorinsky, credited the company's success to the hard work of the team and GenNx360's strategic guidance.
