Overview
General RV Center sells motorhomes and towable campers to travelers across the United States through a network of full-service dealerships. Buyers compare vehicles from multiple manufacturers, trade in an existing camper and shop for parts and accessories in the same place. The business earns money from vehicle and parts sales and repair work, with service departments handling maintenance, appliance repairs and body damage throughout an RV's life. Its selection spans compact travel trailers through larger motorhomes, with online inventory searches letting shoppers browse by vehicle type, brand and price before visiting a store. Founded in 1962, General RV Center is headquartered in Wixom, Michigan.
