AI-powered translation and internationalization platform
Overview
General Translation provides an AI-powered internationalization (i18n) software stack that helps developers ship multilingual applications. It offers open-source libraries for React, Next.js, and React Native, plus a SaaS dashboard to manage translations, API keys, and AI settings. Its Locadex AI agent automates code internationalization and continuous translation, complemented by a translation management system, an AI-assisted copy editor, a fast translation CDN, language-detection middleware, and a CLI for in-repo translations. The company targets developer-first teams and aims to simplify launching multilingual apps through automated, end-to-end localization.
