Jonathan Bailey fronts Giorgio Armani's new "I Will" Fragrance.

Jonathan Bailey fronts Giorgio Armani's new "I Will" Fragrance. August 8, 2026 Deal Type: Global Fragrance Ambassador / Campaign Film Announced: August 6, 2026 * Giorgio Armani has named Jonathan Bailey global fragrance ambassador for "I Will," the house's first new masculine fragrance pillar in over 20 years. * The campaign, directed by Todd Field, was shot at Universal Studios and follows an actor chasing his next role in L.A. under the tagline "It's not about luck, it's about will." * The deal deepens Bailey's ties to the house beyond Emporio Armani's Fall 2024 eyewear campaign, arriving after the late designer personally shaped the scent before his 2025 death. * I Will launches in the US on August 15 and the UK on September 9 (£120/100mL), ahead of a wider European rollout. Giorgio Armani has tapped Jonathan Bailey as global fragrance ambassador for "I Will," the house's first new masculine fragrance pillar in more than two decades. The appointment, announced August 6, builds on a relationship that began with Bailey fronting Emporio Armani's eyewear campaign in Fall 2024. Directed by Todd Field, the campaign film was shot at Universal Studios and follows an actor arriving in Los Angeles in search of his next role. Bailey called the project deeply personal, telling WWD he felt the weight of Armani's death in 2025, since the designer shaped the fragrance's bottle and story before he passed. "I've been part of the Armani family for a few years, as a little bro," Bailey said. Built over four years and more than 2,800 trials by perfumers Alberto Morillas and Nathalie Lorson, I Will is an oriental woody eau de parfum opening with bergamot, cardamom and lavender before settling into vanilla, wood and leather. Richard Pinabel, global brand president of Armani Beauty at licensee L'Oréal, said the house waited more than 20 years since Armani Code to launch again only once it had a distinct point of view. Bailey enters the campaign fresh off becoming 2025's highest-grossing actor via Wicked: For Good and Jurassic World: Rebirth, and being named People's Sexiest Man Alive. Rather than chase more roles, he's spent 2026 growing his LGBTQ+ charity, The Shameless Fund, while still making room for select brand work. He recently became The MARTINI Man in a multi-year aperitivo campaign and appeared in Burberry's 170th-anniversary trench portrait series. On the brand side, this marks Armani Beauty's second major face-driven pillar bet this decade: Cate Blanchett has anchored the women's side as Global Beauty Ambassador since 2018 and the face of Sì since 2013. Armani joins a broader wave of houses leaning on leading men for fragrance storytelling this year, following Jacob Elordi's Venice heist film for Chanel and Natalie Portman's eighth run as the face of Miss Dior. Armani sitting out a new men's fragrance launch for over 20 years, then handing it to Bailey days after mourning its founder, says this wasn't a casting decision; it was a succession moment. Pairing a "quiet determination" message with an actor who's actively stepping back from Hollywood to run a charity gives the campaign a credibility most celebrity fragrance deals don't earn. And with Elordi, Portman and now Bailey all leading cinematic fragrance shorts this year, luxury beauty seems to be betting that a short film sells scent better than a bottle shot ever could. Can I Will build its own identity, or will it always live in Armani Code's shadow? With Cate Blanchett anchoring the women's side since 2018, is Bailey being groomed as Armani Beauty's long-term men's face?

An Armani/Casa private residence debuts at One Circular Quay.

An Armani/Casa private residence debuts at One Circular Quay. Cove Residence, the first private home in Australia by the Italian fashion house, marks an extended collaboration with Lendlease. Images courtesy of Armani/Lendlease July 3, 2026 - 9:00AM Vogue Australia Long before 'quiet luxury' entered the global consciousness, Giorgio Armani had already made the trend's primary colour the Armani/Casa signature. Now, 'greige' - that grey area between grey and beige that's one of the defining features of the Italian design house - has made its way to One Circular Quay. At the Cove Residence, Armani/Casa's first private residence in Australia, developed in collaboration with Lendlease, every room features the house's restrained, sophisticated aesthetic. Overlooking Sydney Harbour, with uninterrupted, 53rd-floor views of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, the sub-penthouse measures 537 square metres - about the size of two doubles tennis courts, side by side - and includes a private lift lobby, terrace, and formal living room, among other entertaining spaces. One end of the floor also features a principal suite with a private spa ensuite and boutique-inspired dressing room, while the opposite end has secondary bedrooms and a study. According to Knight Frank's Global Branded Residence Survey 2025, branded residences are among the fastest-growing segments in luxury real estate, with the total number expected to grow 59% globally by 2029. As Australia's first residence by Armani/Casa, Cove Residence joins a portfolio of homes in capitals ranging from New York and Rio de Janeiro to Dubai, Miami, Istanbul, Mexico City, and Beijing. It also marks the culmination of a long-standing relationship between Armani/Casa and Lendlease, with the latter delivering the Armani Hotel Milano on Via Manzoni in 2009, on behalf of Emaar Hotels & Resorts. "Lendlease and Armani/Casa share a conviction that true luxury is quiet, considered and made to last," says John Taylor, Head of Product & Design at Lendlease. "To introduce for the first time in Australia a property fully furnished in collaboration with Armani/Casa... is a moment of real significance for Sydney." Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, with interiors by Daniel Goldberg, the sub-penthouse is fully furnished and styled by Armani/Casa around the house's four guiding pillars: Art, Fashion, Nature and The Orient. In addition to greige, a palette of sand, off-white, canaletto walnut and satin light brass bring a calming, refined sophistication to the space, complemented by artisanal techniques, precious materials, and hand-applied finishes such as Brass Carved Liquid Metal and White Gold Drafted Stucco developed exclusively by Armani/Casa. At the entry, guests to the sub-penthouse are welcomed to a warm, tranquil atmosphere set by the Nema floor lamp, a 165-centimetre column lamp in onyx-textured metal. In the formal living room, a five-metre silk and wool rug is woven with the canneté stripe, a three-dimensional motif inspired by grosgrain ribbon that has run through Giorgio Armani's fashion collections for decades. This is flanked by timber lattice screens that reference the geometry of Japanese shoji and torii gates. The principal suite highlights a Morfeo bed, a celebrated, softly curved floating design finished in Canaletto Walnut, with Majilite chinchilla furnishings that evoke the silkiness of fur. On the opposite end of the sub-penthouse, on the desk in the study sits an iconic Logo lamp, first designed by Giorgio Armani in 1982 to cast an even light on his collections in his Milan stores and soon after adopted as an emblematic piece for Armani/Casa itself. The lamp features a shade in Methacrylate and Copper Mesh and base in Satin Light Brass and Canaletto Wood and is now a collector's item - no longer available for purchase. Beyond its furnishings and myriad 'first' bragging rights, Cove Residence also comes with an exclusive invitation into the world of Armani. Translation: a private stay at the Armani Hotel Milano, followed by a personal design experience at the Armani/Casa flagship in Corso Venezia - a behind-the-scenes look at the craft and creation of the brand's products. At more than 90 per cent sold, One Circular Quay has already cemented its place among Sydney's landmark residential developments. Cove Residence raises the bar even further, bringing the opportunity to experience the design language of Armani/Casa not just as a collection, but as a complete home.
