Mili, an AI platform for wealth management firms, has partnered with Global Relay to ensure AI-generated advisor records meet compliance requirements. The integration automatically captures and archives all Mili-created records through Global Relay's API, treating them with the same supervision as email and messaging. The move addresses growing regulatory scrutiny. FINRA's 2026 report identified summarisation as the most common AI use case in regulated communications. According to the 2026 T3/Inside Information Software Survey, 43% of advisors now use AI meeting solutions. Global Relay data showed a nearly 3,000% year-over-year increase in ChatGPT capture across 12,000 financial institutions. The partnership helps firms meet SEC and FINRA recordkeeping obligations, which apply to AI-generated meeting notes as they do to emails. Since 2021, the SEC's off-channel communications sweep has imposed over $2 billion in penalties across 100-plus firms.

Additionally, the integration provides tamper-proof recordkeeping and unified searchability across all communications channels. Diederik Geeraerts, CEO of Taskize, remarks: "Amid an evolving cross-jurisdictional regulatory environment, operational teams in financial services need total assurance. By partnering with Global Relay, Taskize can capture all interactions in line with regulatory requirements." Anthony Crespy, senior vice president of business development, Global Relay, adds: "Through this partnership, we not only offer customers the confidence that their communications meet the highest compliance standards but also significantly reduce the operational burden associated with regulatory recordkeeping." Global Relay, a provider of digital communications governance solutions, is showcasing its enhanced AI surveillance platform at the 2026 FINRA Annual Conference. The company has unveiled significant updates to its communications monitoring system designed for financial services firms. The enhanced platform features four key capabilities: natively built agentic AI with large language models integrated directly into message classification, contextual understanding of complete conversations rather than isolated messages, step-by-step reasoning before generating alerts, and adaptable architecture that employs the latest LLMs as they evolve. Founded in 1999, Global Relay serves over 20,000 customers in 90 countries, including 22 of the top 25 banks. The company's solutions aim to reduce false positives and improve risk detection across messaging platforms, collaboration tools and voice channels.
Global Relay has partnered with SendSafely to simplify encrypted file transfer compliance for regulated industries. SendSafely will implement Global Relay's Open Connector API to securely deliver data directly to Global Relay Archive. The integration allows businesses to automatically archive and monitor SendSafely encrypted file transfers, ensuring compliance with regulations including MiFID II and FINRA rules. The connector captures file transfer events from drop zones, outbound sends and workplace uploads, exporting complete records whilst maintaining SendSafely's encryption standards. The solution addresses compliance gaps that previously required manual workarounds, providing regulated firms in financial services, healthcare and legal sectors with comprehensive recordkeeping. The integration is already live and operational for enterprise customers, offering searchable archives and automated data capture through a centralised platform.
