"Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker invests in Berlin beauty startup. 18:18, 30 Apr. 2026 The Berlin supplement startup Glow25 is getting high-profile reinforcement: Sarah Jessica Parker is taking on the role of Chief Creative Officer. Carrie Bradshaw would probably say: A new job in the beauty world, and this time it's not a column. The Berlin supplement startup Glow25 is getting high-profile reinforcement: Sarah Jessica Parker is taking on the role of Chief Creative Officer. The actress, known from the series "Sex and the City," will help shape the company's creative direction and brand strategy in the future. Glow25 was founded about ten years ago in a Berlin shared flat and so far mainly sells collagen products. Recently, annual turnover was over 130 million euros. In the future, the company wants to position itself more strongly as an international brand. Parker is not only supposed to act as a testimonial, but also to work on brand strategy, campaigns, and product development. How operational this role will ultimately be remains open. In terms of content, Glow25 and Parker are focusing on the concept of "pro-aging" - a departure from the classic anti-aging narrative. Aging is not understood as a problem, but as part of personal development. The company speaks in this context of a "manifesto" intended more as a cultural statement than a classic campaign. Brands are currently increasingly trying to differentiate themselves through attitude, especially in the highly competitive beauty and wellness market. "It's about being seen" Sarah Jessica Parker herself describes her motivation like this: "I have spent a large part of my career telling stories about women - about their voices, their development, and everything that shapes them on their journey," says Parker. "And somewhere along that journey, I realized: It's not just about being heard, but also about being seen. With Glow25, I want to celebrate precisely that visibility - the one that comes from within. Not by chasing earlier versions of ourselves, but by embracing where we've been and who we've become. It's not about stopping time, but about living in it - beautifully, completely, and on our own terms." Internationalization in focus. For Glow25, the entry is likely particularly relevant for expansion. Parker brings international fame, especially for the US market. Internationalization is already underway. Since 2025, Glow25 has increased its international business from 3 to over 30 million euros in revenue within just twelve months.
