Grace Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving Southeastern Kentucky with a broad primary care offering. It provides pediatric and well-child care from birth, general primary care for all ages, and well-woman care, along with affordable prescriptions through a 340B pharmacy program and outreach and education. Grace Health awarded $1 Million HRSA grant for justice-involved population

Grace Health has received a two-year, $1,000,000 grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to support the reintegration of incarcerated individuals scheduled for release within 90 days by enhancing their access to high-quality, community-based primary care services and other enabling programs.
