Rachford succeeds founder Michael Volk, who will transition to Executive Chairman whilst remaining actively involved in the company's growth. The leadership change follows three years of double-digit revenue growth for the cybersecurity services firm. GuidePoint opened three new offices in 2025, including a new headquarters. Rachford has spent over a decade at GuidePoint Security, most recently serving as Regional Partner for the North Central region. In this role, he contributed to business growth, team development, and strengthening customer and partner relationships.
