Jones brings over 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing & Partnerships at Compass Health Center. In her new role, Jones will oversee national growth strategy, marketing, referral partnerships and market expansion. She previously held leadership positions at Groups Recover Together and Array Tele-Psychiatry, focusing on scaling access to outcomes-driven care. Guidelight currently operates 12 clinics across Massachusetts, Colorado, North Carolina and California, with further expansion planned for 2026. The company provides treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma and mood disorders.
Guidelight plans to open a second location in Charlotte later this year, with further expansion across North Carolina's Triangle region in 2026.
Bewley initially joined Guidelight Health in February as chief operating officer.
