Brown will report to CEO Mike Rosenbaum and lead product strategy and execution, focusing on embedding AI across Guidewire's suite of core applications for property and casualty insurers. Brown brings over 25 years of enterprise software experience. He joins from Celonis, where he served as chief product officer. Previously, he held the same role at Certinia and spent 15 years at Microsoft in various product and leadership positions. Guidewire provides cloud platform solutions for P&C insurers. The implementation gives West Bend direct access to claims data within live operational workflows, which the carrier says will support improved claims decision-making and future expansion of AI capabilities.
