Haast, an AI-powered marketing content compliance platform, has raised $12 million in Series A funding led by Peak XV Partners, bringing total funding to over $17 million. The startup addresses the surge in AI-generated marketing content, which has grown eight to tenfold, creating compliance bottlenecks for legal teams. The company automates regulatory and policy review within enterprise workflows, embedding organisational policy and risk standards directly into day-to-day tools. Haast reports 4.5 times revenue growth over 12 months and zero customer churn amongst Fortune 500 clients. Research shows compliance teams spend 70% of their time on manual tasks. The funding will support scaling agentic flows, product development and global expansion across offices in New York, San Francisco and Sydney. Other investors include DST Global Partners, Airtree, Aura Ventures and Black Sheep Capital.
