Jaclyn Kaur has been recruited as Haitong International Securities' head of private wealth management.
Guotai Junan Securities will merge with smaller rival Haitong Securities through a share swop, according to statements from both companies on Sept 5.
The Shanghai-headquartered parent firm Haitong Securities appointed Zhuang Wei as new chief executive and deputy chairman for Haitong International, the memo showed.
