Hamilton AI

Hamilton AI

AI-powered aviation operations and quoting automation

Overview

Hamilton AI provides an AI-powered execution and workflow automation platform for private aviation, automating quoting, scheduling, and payment reconciliation for operators and brokers. It centralizes fragmented workflows by ingesting unstructured data from emails, WhatsApp, PDFs, and other sources, turning it into structured information to speed the path from request to booking. Core modules include Inbound (a smart inbox), CRM, a Quoting engine, and a Demand tool to match trips and reduce empty legs, with outputs designed to be deterministic to avoid AI hallucinations. The goal is to help sales teams close deals faster, increase quote throughput, and reduce empty legs, supported by seed funding to expand data pipelines and engineering.

Hamilton AI raises $7.5M seed to automate private aviation operations with deterministic AI platform

Hamilton AI, an AI workflow platform for private aviation, has raised $7.5 million in a seed round led by TTV Capital. Participants include Bling Capital, Cambrian Ventures, FJ Labs, Weekend Fund, Mintaka Ventures, Correlation VC and HF0. Founded in 2024 by Wouter Witvoet, who previously built Secfi into the largest lending platform against private company stock and took DeFi Technologies public at a $1.2 billion market capitalisation, Hamilton converts unstructured aviation documents into structured, auditable actions. The platform automates flight quotes, pricing, customer management and payment reconciliation. One operator increased daily quotes from 400 to 1,200 without additional headcount. Customers include Baker Aviation, Craft Aviation and Jetvia. The funding will support expanded data pipelines, engineering capabilities and product development.
