Harrison.ai creates AI-powered diagnostic tools for radiology and pathology to help healthcare providers diagnose and treat patients more efficiently. The software analyzes medical data at scale, enabling doctors to review images and test results faster and with fewer delays. It partners with clinicians to develop these AI solutions and then licenses or sells them to hospitals and other healthcare providers to integrate into care workflows. What sets Harrison.ai apart is its focus on two high-demand diagnostic fields—radiology and pathology—and its collaboration with medical specialists to tailor AI tools to real clinical needs, aiming to fit into existing hospital systems. The company’s goal is to scale global healthcare capacity and raise the standard of care for millions of patients by expanding access to accurate, timely diagnoses.

Harrison.ai has received FDA 510(k) clearance for acute infarct triage on non-contrast CT brain scans, becoming the first AI to achieve this clearance. The technology triages ischemic strokes across six vascular territories on initial CT scans, rather than later CT angiography scans used by existing stroke AI. The system achieved up to 89.2% sensitivity on thin slices and 85.7% on thick slices, outperforming existing large vessel occlusion devices that showed 63.5% sensitivity. Harrison.ai now offers eight FDA-cleared findings on non-contrast CT brain, the most comprehensive critical exam coverage of any AI triage platform. The company's solutions are deployed at over 1,000 customer sites globally, including 40 NHS Trusts, and have impacted more than seven million patients.
Harrison.ai launches new Chest CT AI scans for 167 clues - and a faster diagnosis. Radiology may have just gotten its next big co-pilot. Australian AI health startup Harrison.ai has rolled out a new Chest CT platform designed to catch what overworked clinicians might miss - and flag critical scans before they're lost in the queue. The company calls it a "safety net" for radiologists. Underneath, it's an algorithm trained to spot 167 distinct radiological features, from lung nodules and embolisms to lymph-node irregularities and upper-abdominal lesions - areas where seconds can mean outcomes.
Harrison.ai launches CT Chest software. Harrison.ai is launching its CE-marked CT Chest software, an AI tool that helps clinicians identify 167 radiological features. These features include those that may be suggestive of life-threatening conditions, tumors, and chronic diseases. Harrison.ai CT Chest identifies close to nine critical findings, such as pulmonary embolism, acute aortic syndrome, pneumothorax, and acute rib fractures. The software is designed to reduce the risk of missed or underdiagnosed conditions, including in emergency and inpatient settings. Harrison.ai CT Chest also helps with cancer screening by detecting, staging, and monitoring features suggestive of lung, gastric, and pancreatic cancers, and streamlines lung screen workflows through reporting features, the company added.
