Harrison.ai Services

AI-powered diagnostic decision support for healthcare

Overview

Harrison.ai develops AI-driven diagnostic tools for healthcare providers that integrate with existing systems (PACS, RIS, EHR) to act as a second set of eyes, speeding triage and improving accuracy in imaging and pathology. Its products include a flagship radiology decision-support platform (formerly Annalise.ai) that analyzes CT and X-ray studies, Harrison.rad.1, a radiology-focused vision-language model trained on millions of clinical images and reports, and Franklin.ai, an AI pathology assistant that analyzes tissue to identify diseases and guide treatment. The Harrison.ai Open Platform (HOP) lets facilities access multiple AI apps from different vendors through a single integration, reducing platform markups. The company aims to augment clinicians, address radiologist and pathologist shortages, and expand globally—from Australia and the NHS to Asia, Europe, and the U.S.—with a subscription model based on imaging volume.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • March 2026 Open Platform additions from AIRAmed, Koios Medical, Lunit, and Nanox widen distribution.
  • FDA clearance on March 5, 2026 for acute infarct triage strengthens U.S. credibility.
  • The company claims over 3,400 clinicians at 1,000 sites, giving strong workflow lock-in.

What critics are saying

  • FDA rejected Harrison.ai's exemption petition in April 2026, preserving costly premarket review.
  • Hospitals can switch to Lunit, Koios, or Nanox AI through Harrison.ai's own platform.
  • If radiology AI reimbursement tightens, Harrison.ai's U.S. expansion stalls and subscription growth collapses.

What makes Harrison.ai Services unique

  • Its Open Platform, expanded March 2026, bundles third-party AI without marketplace markups.
  • Harrison.rad.1 launched September 2024, training radiology reports from proprietary images and context.
