Harvest Restaurant Group is a restaurant operator with dining venues in northern and central New Jersey and Darien, Connecticut. Its concepts include Roots Steakhouse, Roots Ocean Prime, Agricola, Addams Tavern, Grato and several American taverns, serving dishes such as steaks, seafood, pasta and wood-fired pizza. The restaurants combine distinct menus and settings with local, seasonal ingredients and wine and spirits selections. The group also hosts private occasions in its dining spaces and runs an off-premise catering business for events in New Jersey, New York and eastern Pennsylvania. Harvest began in 1996 with the opening of Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
