It uses full-time W-2 clinicians to provide talk therapy, medication management, and nasal esketamine for conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma. A tech-forward onboarding process combines a patient’s medical and prescription history to better match patients with compatible therapists and streamline intake. By contracting with major insurers and adopting a hybrid direct-to-consumer model, Headlight aims to expand access to affordable mental health care while growing its network and technology platform.
