Overview
Hextom builds a set of cloud-based tools for e-commerce stores, offered as software-as-a-service (SaaS). The product lineup covers customer engagement, search engine optimization and conversion optimization, inventory management, and store automation, all designed to help online shops grow sales and save time in day-to-day management. The services integrate with Shopify, giving merchants a centralized toolkit within the Shopify ecosystem. With over 270,000 users, Hextom positions itself as a broad, store‑management suite rather than a single-purpose app, aimed at e-commerce businesses of all sizes.
